MU Services respects your privacy and only collects information needed to communicate, provide services, manage licenses, process payments, protect the website, and support customers.

We may collect your e-mail address, Discord username, payment-related records, order details, license activation details, server or technical information you provide, support messages, and basic website visit logs.
3. Visit logs
The website records basic visit logs containing only the visit time and IP address. When the website is behind Cloudflare, the visitor IP may come from Cloudflare's CF-Connecting-IP header. These logs are used for security, abuse prevention, and basic operational review.
4. Payments
Payments are handled through external payment providers such as PayPal, Stripe, and cryptocurrency networks or wallets. MU Services does not store full card details. Payment providers may process personal data according to their own policies.
5. How information is used
Information is used to answer requests, deliver software or services, activate and manage licenses, provide support, handle billing, prevent abuse, protect systems, and comply with legal obligations.
6. Sharing
MU Services does not sell personal data. Information may be shared only when needed with payment providers, infrastructure providers, security providers, professional advisers, or authorities when legally required.
7. Retention
Information is kept only as long as needed for service delivery, support, accounting, fraud prevention, legal compliance, and security. Visit logs may be rotated automatically when they reach the configured maximum size.
