1. Services
MU Services operates as an independent digital services provider offering software applications, license-based tools, Anti-Cheat services, DDoS protection guidance, server security work, and related technical support.
2. Licenses and activation
Some products are delivered through a license system. A license may be tied to a customer, server, machine, account, domain, or other activation details. You are responsible for providing accurate activation information. Sharing, reselling, bypassing, reverse engineering, cracking, or abusing a license is not allowed unless MU Services gives written permission.
3. Refund Policy
MU Services GameGuard includes an 80% refund of the full price within 3 days after purchase if the customer is not satisfied. This refund exception applies only to MU Services GameGuard.
DDoSGuard purchases are non-refundable. No refund is available for DDoSGuard after purchase, activation, delivery, or service start.
For all other digital products, custom work, activated licenses, delivered applications, and started services, sales are final unless MU Services agrees otherwise in writing before payment.
4. Payments and receipts
Available payment methods are listed on the Payment Methods page. Payment provider fees, currency conversion fees, blockchain transaction fees, and chargeback costs are the customer's responsibility unless agreed otherwise. Receipts or transaction confirmations are generally provided by the payment provider. MU Services may include a custom payment note or description showing the service purpose, but formal tax or business invoices are not issued unless explicitly agreed before payment or required by applicable law.
5. Acceptable use
You must not use MU Services products or services for illegal activity, unauthorized access, malware, harassment, attacks, fraud, evasion of lawful restrictions, or any purpose that harms third parties. MU Services may refuse or stop service if misuse is suspected.
6. Service limitations
Security services reduce risk but cannot guarantee that every attack, exploit, cheat, outage, bypass, or abuse attempt will be prevented. The customer remains responsible for backups, access control, infrastructure decisions, and safe operation of their own systems.
7. Support and changes
Support scope depends on the purchased product or service. Custom work, emergency work, new features, migration help, or extended support may require an additional fee.
8. Termination
MU Services may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated, payment is disputed or reversed, a license is abused, or continued service creates security, legal, or operational risk.
